Company Overview
Jebtal Manufacturing, LLC (JMC) is a company formed by Jebtal Imports to produce nitrile rubber gloves domestically within the United States of America. We have formed strategic partnerships with a glove manufacturing company in India and an engineering consultant in Malaysia. Partnerships were formed to assist with building a nitrile glove manufacturing facility in the USA.
We have raw schematics and a manufacturing process for production lines of nitrile gloves. We also have relationships with engineering, construction, and raw material companies to assist with installation and prove-out.
Jebtal Imports, LLC is a Michigan-based company specializing in the following;

USA Plant Layout
Since we have not been able to find a suitable ready-built facility to install the production lines, our plan is to purchase land and build the factory. We must build a minimum 120,000 sq-ft of factory space for a minimum of nine (9) production lines and warehousing. Building construction will take approximately 12-15 months for completion.
Production line numbers after completion
Each production line produces 40,000 gloves an hour. Our initial focus is to install three (3) lines in the beginning of 2025. After the 3rd line is installed, we will begin installing additional lines. Being a continuous process line, it will run around the clock.
120,000 gloves an hour will produce an estimated 750 million gloves (7.5 million boxes of 100 count) a year with three (3) lines.
We predict generating significant cash flow within the first five (5) years.
Our plant will produce an estimated 2.5 billion gloves a year with nine (9) lines at 80% capacity utilization.
Workforce
Jebtal Manufacturing, LLC will need to hire a total of 300 employees for the first set of three (3) lines. This will be a great asset for the country, to increase the employment rate. We will need to hire the following:
As we increase to six (6) additional production lines, we will need to bring on more labor. A total of nine (9) production lines will consist of 800–900 employees in the US.
We have the capacity to build more infrastructures around the country creating more opportunities for production and the hiring of 1800 employees.
