Jebtal Imports, LLC (Jebtal) is a certified small business specializing in the private labeling and manufacturing of high-quality, durable nitrile gloves intended for the medical, food, and industrial sectors. Our current monthly production capacity amounts to 2.5 million boxes, each containing 100 gloves.
Our dedicated international team, Jebtal Imports India Private LTD, situated in Pune, India, enables us to collaborate closely with our manufacturing partner in Thailand, thereby ensuring a thorough understanding of our production processes.
We have secured the schematics necessary to establish a nitrile examination glove and condom plant in United States. Our plans include finalizing the purchase of the land and commencing construction in 2026. We anticipate hiring an estimated 300 workers, both skilled and unskilled, to construct and oversee the production lines of the plant, which will have the capacity to produce 5 billion gloves and 100 million condoms annually.
Offshore Production
Currently, we have secured nitrile glove production lines in Thailand, to produce our private label brands of gloves (Exam Gloves, Food Grade, and Industrial), until USA construction is completed. Our Thailand factory has been the leader in both Natural Rubber Latex and Nitrile Latex Examination Gloves manufactured, since 1988. Our production facility is GMP-compliant and currently consists of eight (8) modern and highly efficient production lines capable of producing in excess of 100 million pieces of examination gloves per month, or approximately 1.2 billion pieces per year, with consistent product quality output.
