Bringing Manufacturing back to USA
Our country needs to bring a large percentage of its manufacturing back
to North America. To compete with Eastern Markets, we must employ automation technology that allows us to have competitive pricing.
To achieve this goal, Jebtal has teamed up with trusted offshore teams with over 30 years of experience in nitrile glove manufacturing. They are helping us set up proper production lines prefabricated here in the United States. They are also working with our off shore team’s production lines in Thailand, perfecting our glove design and quality to give our customers confidence in our products.
Offshore Production
Currently, we have secured nitrile glove production lines in Thailand, to produce our private label brands of gloves (Exam Gloves, Food Grade, and Industrial), until USA construction is completed. Our Thailand factory has been the leader in both Natural Rubber Latex and Nitrile Latex Examination Gloves manufactured, since 1988. Our production facility is GMP-compliant and currently consists of eight (8) modern and highly efficient production lines capable of producing in excess of 100 million pieces of examination gloves per month, or approximately 1.2 billion pieces per year, with consistent product quality output.
